Turnaround Time and RUSH Jobs

We know that turnaround time is a MAJOR issue for our customers and continue to look for and find ways to streamline our process and get your valves back to you A.S.A.P. without sacrificing quality.

Our turnaround time is currently running at 2-3 weeks after repairs are approved.  Again, we are working to get this number down, down, down.

RUSH VALVE REPAIR JOBS

Sometimes, we can pull off a miricale.  Talk to us.  It depends on the job and what else we have in house.

WE UNDERSTAND YOUR URGENCY

When replacing a bad valve with a new valve, you can sometimes limp along until the new valve comes in.  However, valve lead times can sometimes be 10+ weeks.

When you send your valve to us, usually it takes the machine out of service.

We will shoot straight with you and give you our best guess on turnaround.  Know that we are pushing hard to get work out the door as quickly as possible with zero defects as our goal.
