How We Organize Valve Repair Records

We keep a digital and paper record of every valve repair we do.  It includes serial numbers, model numbers, a diagram of the valve, before and after pictures, test results and everything we did to the valve.

You'll see in this picture that we stamp our work order number and the date into the valve body.  This helps us track down our repair records.
